Sorry to bring up an old thread but I am posting here as all the other parts of the Forum are being over-run with SPAM.
Can this be eliminated please and the offenders banned.

A message I posted a few days ago in Number Crunching has been knocked down the list due to the SPAM messages.

Thanks
Conan

I wouldn't worry about it [VENETO]boboviz.

I have been requesting something be done about the SPAMMERS for over a Month now and nothing gets done.

The Forums apparently don't get monitored and the Project mustn't care what is posted on their Forums or the Project would of done something by now.

As we the volunteers are not being listened to, if the Project doesn't care about us volunteers, well I no longer care about their project.

That's me out.

I will leave it to the SPAMMERS as they now own the Forum.

I couldn't recommend this project any longer.
No monitoring of activities. The queues run dry and noone cares. The forum is for spammer only and noone cares.
So why should I or others support this project any longer?

I am curious as to why you limit max WU's to 40, I do realize that on AMD 64 core machine 40 WU's uses 99% of the CPU's, 100% of the time, but on Intel E5-4650 (64cores) 40 WU's only uses 75% of the cpu's. I have turned HT off on 1 of the rigs to see if it will be better than HT on but it appears to me that limiting number of WU's may be counter productive.
